Michelle R. A. Wilson-Reynolds is Senior Vice President, Group Marketing & Corporate Affairs, with overall responsibility for strategic development and direction of the Capital & Credit market presence locally and overseas. In January 2010, Mrs. Wilson-Reynolds’ role was expanded to include responsibilities for Product Development, Market Research and Customer Experience. In this capacity, she oversees the conduct of market environment scans locally and globally, in order to identify and report on new market trends and technological developments. Additionally, she ensures the highest levels of customer experience and satisfaction.

Her combined experience in Jamaica’s marketing and banking arenas, spans 25 years, during which, she has held several senior management positions.

Among other qualifications, Mrs. Wilson-Reynolds holds a Masters in Business Administration with distinction from the Nova Southeastern University and was named a member of the international honour society, Sigma Beta Delta. She also earned a Bachelors of Arts Degree (Hons) Cum Laude, from PACE University, New York, and earned membership to the English Honour Society, Sigma Tau Delta.

She was invited to be an Associate Fellow of the Dyson Society of Fellows and in 1985, was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Press Association of Jamaica for investigative journalism.

Mrs. Wilson-Reynolds, who remains an active volunteer in the Jamaican society, was nominated by the public as one of Jamaica’s phenomenal women in April 2006. She is the Founding and Past Chairman of the National Youth in Agriculture Programme during 1993 to 2000 and was for 10 years a member of the Board of Directors for the Rural Agricultural Development Association (RADA).

The very driven philanthropist is also a member of the Board of Directors for United Way of Jamaica; a Trustee of the Wolmer’s Trust Schools (High Schools for Boys and Girls and Preparatory School); a member of the Wolmer’s Boy’s School Board of Management and President of the Wolmer’s Preparatory PTA for the past four years.

She has also been a member of the JCDC Festival Queen Organising Committee for six years and has been an Election Day Volunteer Supervisor of polling stations for successive local & General Elections. She is a former member of the JCDC Audit Sub- Committee of the Board and a member of Women’s Leadership Initiative.
