(CCSL); Capital & Credit International Inc. (CCII); Capital & Credit Fund Managers Ltd. (CCFM) and Capital & Credit Remittance Ltd. (CCRL).

CCFG is a listed company on the Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago stock exchanges and was formed when Capital & Credit Holdings Limited (the parent company) acquired and started CCMB in 1994. CCMB was then the smallest of 30 merchant banks operating in Jamaica and started from an asset base of $30 Million.
